Sheila Morgan-DeChellis

Sheila Morgan-DeChellis has worked in the technical writing field since 2000. Sheila started their career as a Senior Technical Writer at OAO Healthcare Solutions. In 2005, they moved to S1 Corporation as a Senior Technical Writer. In 2012, S1 Corporation was acquired by ACI Worldwide and Sheila continued their work as a Senior Information Developer. In 2016, they became a DITA XML Specialist at Molina Healthcare and, in 2018, they joined SecureAuth Corporation as a Solution Documentation Manager and Product Documentation Writer. Throughout their career, Sheila has written and edited highly technical customer-facing product documentation, integration guides, online help, release notes, user interface labels, and error messages. Sheila has also collaborated with stakeholders to establish enterprise content management guidelines, increased content reuse, ensured appropriate accessibility, and improved efficiency of content workflows.

Sheila Morgan-DeChellis has completed coursework in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at California State University, Northridge, Laser Electro-Optics Technology for an Associate's degree at Pasadena City College, and Computer Science at Radford University. Sheila has also obtained certifications from the UX Writers Collective in UX Writing for Technical Writers and Certified UX Writer in 2021, and from LinkedIn in Learn API Documentation with JSON and XML in 2019.
