On June 28, 2016, Sea Savunma Sistemleri Mühendislik Danışmanlık Tic. A.Ş. merged its activities with SecureChain, LLC, a company founded in Washington D.C. by Dr. Michael D. KRAUSE, a retired US Army Colonel, and established a new company called SECURECHAIN-SEADEFENSE, LLC (USA) to provide training and consultancy services to military and public institutions and private sector companies worldwide.
