He has overseen the credit and collections activities of an organization whilst managing the collection of outstanding invoices while enforcing company policy. John also has experience in leading a team of staff members to ensure the collections department is efficient. His strengths include a strong work ethic, an ability to self-motivate, a broad range of ideas to ensure profit, the determination to be successful at whatever he does, and the ability to promote these strengths while working within a team environment. John is also bilingual - fluent in Spanish, spoken and written.
