Technical Sales Lead at SecureCloud+

Jack Wright has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 with minimine Ltd as an IT Support Specialist and later becoming the IT Technical Manager and Head of Digital and Partnerships. In 2014, they joined HOPEDALE CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES LIMITED as a SEND Teaching Assistant and later became a Special Education Teacher.

In 2016, Jack began working at SecureCloud+ as a Graduate Technical Support Engineer and then transitioned to the role of Technical Systems Engineer. Jack later became a Technical Account Manager, where they focused on the technical and service management of Live and Early-Life Services, including implementing improvement initiatives for MOD customers.

Jack's next role at SecureCloud+ was as a Senior Technical Sales Consultant, where they provided technical advice and support to the Business Development and Sales teams. Jack also played a key role in requirements engineering, solution design, and customer demonstrations. Currently, Jack is serving as a Technical Sales Lead, overseeing and managing the Technical Sales team and their Pre- and Post- Sales activities, while also providing forecasting and reporting of commercial governance analytics to support business strategy and development.

Jack Wright completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) degree in Primary Education from The Manchester Metropolitan University, from 2012 to 2015. Jack obtained their Qualified Teacher Status from the Department for Education in June 2015. Jack also received additional certifications, including the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in February 2018, and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in October 2016. In 2018, they obtained the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP™) certification from APMG International, and in 2019, they earned the ITIL Continual Service Improvement (ITIL-CSI) certification from QA Ltd. Jack also completed the Cybersecurity Foundations course from LinkedIn in March 2020 and the First Aid at Work certification from the British Red Cross in January 2020. Recently, in November 2021 and March 2023, they obtained the BCS Certificate in Systems Development Essentials and the BCS Certificate in Architecture Concepts and Domains, respectively, both from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
