Kelli Puttock

Kelli Puttock has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kelli began their career at IPS Europe Limited in 2000 as an Operations Coordinator, where they served until 2002. Kelli then moved to WP Display as a Key Accounts Manager from August 2002 to March 2003. Kelli then joined Global Crossing and held two positions: as a Billing Manager for the Commercial & Government Sector from March 2003 to May 2005, and as a Senior Customer Service Manager in the Government & Defence Sector from May 2005 to February 2011, managing high-value contracts. Kelli furthered their career at Prolinx as a Service Solutions Architect from April 2011 to June 2014, focusing on managed service solution designs in Security and Defence sectors. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Partner Programmes at SecureCloud+ Limited since July 2014. In this role, they manage business relationships with Service Integrators and Delivery Partners in Defence and Public Sectors, with a primary focus on lead generation and accessing new markets to achieve strategic objectives.

Kelli Puttock's education history includes completing various courses and programs in the field of ITIL. In 1996, Kelli completed A Levels at All Hallows RC Sixth Form. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1996, Kelli attended All Hallows RC School and obtained GCSEs. In 2003-2004, Kelli studied at Key Training and achieved a Level 3 NVQ degree. From 2006 to 2009, Kelli attended Pink Elephant Training, further enhancing their knowledge in ITIL. Lastly, in 2011-2012, Kelli studied ITIL at QA.
