Paul Russell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and service management spanning multiple sectors. Currently serving as Portfolio Director at SecureCloud+ since November 2023, Paul previously held significant roles at NSC Global, including VP of Professional Services and Global Client Service Delivery from October 2013 to November 2020. In this capacity, Paul was also the VP CSD EMEA and led global delivery initiatives for T-Systems and ATOS. Additional experience includes project management for the Smart Metering Programme at NCSGlobal, system design and deployment with Clear Picture, change management at Sony ME, and operations management at Impact. Paul’s early career included managing secure video conferencing for the Ministry of Defence. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Abbotsfield and a BA in Political History from The Open University.
