Mark Hunker

Mark Hunker has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mark is the President of Secured™ since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Co-Owner of JAM Holdings Restaurant Group since 2005. From 2016 to 2021, Mark served as the President & CEO of VICTOR42, where they provided support to federal clients in technology, cybersecurity, and critical intelligence. Mark also held the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SC3 from 2014 to 2015. Before that, Mark had a long tenure at Catapult Technology, where they served as President & CEO and later as the COO of SC3. Mark also served as the Chief of Staff at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from 1997 to 2001. Mark began their career at the White House as a Senior Advisor/Director of Initiatives in 1997. Mark also worked at the Department of Labor as the Chief of Staff from 1994 to 1997. Mark started their career at the Presidential Transition Office as an Assistant to the Director in 1992.

Mark Hunker obtained their Associate of Science degree in Restaurant Management from the State University of New York - System, where they studied from 1982 to 1985. Mark later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, completing their studies from 1988 to 1990.
