Pradeep Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pradeep is the Co-Founder and Director of Secureinteli Technologies, an IT Security Consulting Services Company. Prior to this, they held the role of General Manager - Sales at NxtGen Datacenter & Cloud Technologies Private Ltd, where they provided data center and cloud services. Pradeep also served as the General Manager - IT Outsourcing Services at Accel BT Frontline and Regional Head at Tata Communications. Pradeep has worked in various sales and management roles at companies like Sify, Canon India Pvt. Ltd, Xerox Corporation, and Escorts Ltd.

From 1999 to 2001, Pradeep Kumar attended Loyola Institute of Business Administration, where they obtained their MBA degree with a focus on Marketing & HR.
