Benjamin Cronin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benjamin started their career as an intern at Hewlett Packard, where they assisted with market research and customer relationship management. Benjamin then worked as a Capitol Hill intern for US Congressman Christopher Smith. Following that, they served as a camp counselor at the Town of Herndon, organizing activities and coordinating field trips for a large group of campers.

Benjamin then joined Federal Business Development, Inc., where they worked as a Business Development Assistant. Benjamin gained further experience as a Fitness Instructor and Wellness Assistant at James Madison University, creating and presenting course programs on various wellness topics.

In 2015, Benjamin interned at Optimal Research, where they tracked and organized patient information and helped manage online content. Benjamin also took on the role of Account Manager at Telos Corporation, specializing in providing cybersecurity risk and compliance management solutions to regulated software vendors and enterprises. Benjamin later became a Sales Support Representative at the same company, focusing on providing compliance solutions and services.

Benjamin then moved on to become the Director of Business Development at KyberStorm LLC, a cybersecurity consulting firm. Benjamin played a key role in guiding customers in developing and implementing cybersecurity programs that complied with regulatory standards.

In 2022, Benjamin became the Principal Owner of Georgetown Cyber, a cybersecurity company. Benjamin worked on various projects to enhance cybersecurity measures for clients. Finally, they joined SecureIT in 2023 as a Senior Cybersecurity Associate.

Benjamin Cronin completed their Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration from James Madison University from 2012 to 2016. Benjamin later pursued a Master of Professional Studies degree in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Georgetown University, which they are expected to complete in the years 2019 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Benjamin has obtained several certifications. In May 2017, they obtained the "Selling Aruba Products and Solutions" certification from HPE Security - Data Security. In September 2016, they earned the "AWS Business Professional" certification from Amazon Web Services. Lastly, in November 2019, they achieved the "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
