Susan Luce

Susan Luce has over 25 years of work experience in the recruitment and sales sectors. Susan began their career in 1993 as a Sales Support Specialist at Ameritech/Keystone. Susan then worked as a Recruiter/Account Manager at American Technical Resources/Spherion from 1995 to 1998. In 1998, they moved on to BDM/TRW International as a Contract Recruiter. From 1999 to 2001, they worked at LIST Inc. as an Account Executive. From 2001 to 2014, they worked at Microlink LLC as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. Most recently, they have been the Director of Recruiting at SecureIT since 2019.

Susan Luce earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Public Relations from Virginia Tech in 1993, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business in 1993.
