Erik Montcalm

Erik Montcalm has extensive experience in the information technology and cybersecurity sectors, currently serving as the Vice-President of Services & Technologies at SecureOps since June 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing Global Managed Services delivery and major customer accounts. Key accomplishments include establishing the SecureOps European SOC, which provides various cybersecurity services, and participating in new go-to-market strategies. Prior to this role, Erik served as Director of Services, contributing to the growth of the SOC into SecureOps' primary business unit. Earlier in his career, Erik worked as a SOC Supervisor, where Erik enhanced the Security Monitoring service, and as a self-employed IT consultant, addressing the needs of several small to medium-sized businesses. Erik's career began at IBM Canada in customer service and support. Erik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, complementing educational credentials from Champlain Regional College.
