Mark MacKinnon

Mark MacKinnon has a solid work experience starting in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative at Memberworks. Mark then joined AFFINA in 2003 and took on multiple roles including Product Trainer, Technical Support Representative, and Team Lead. In 2006, Mark joined Ice.com as a Workforce Analyst - Contact Centre, responsible for monitoring and organizing contact center activities. In 2012, they joined Advantage2Retail Inc. (A2R) as a Business Development Analyst, where they focused on fostering client and technology partner relationships, redesigning the website, and handling marketing activities. Lastly, in 2023, they joined SecureOps as a Cyber Security Analyst.

Mark MacKinnon has a Certificate of Applied CyberSecurity from McGill University, obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they attended the Eastern Business Computer Institute from 1995 to 1996, studying Graphic Design / Multimedia Design. Additionally, Mark has obtained several certifications in the field of Cloud Computing, including certifications such as "Associate Cloud Engineer" from Google Cloud in 2023, and various other certifications in Google Cloud infrastructure and automation obtained in the same year.
