Médérik B. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of network operations and security.

Médérik began their career in 2011, working as a Network Administrator for Education Nationale. In this role, they were responsible for managing the network infrastructure of the establishment and overseeing various servers.

In 2013, Médérik joined nscglobal as a Network Specialist (2nd level). Médérik provided second line network support for AT&T worldwide customers and handled various network incidents related to WAN/LAN issues.

Starting in 2015, Médérik joined SecureOps and held multiple roles within the company. Médérik initially worked as a Network Operations Specialist, where they deployed, supported, and troubleshooted complex corporate networks. Additionally, they had 24-hour availability for critical issues.

Médérik then progressed to become a Shift Lead in Network Operations, where they were the primary point of contact for high-priority issues and expedited queries. Médérik also oversaw team workload assignments, technical documentation production, and processes review.

Currently, Médérik holds the position of Team Lead in Network Operations at SecureOps. Médérik continues to be the primary point of contact for high-priority issues and expedited queries. Médérik is responsible for managing team workload assignments, producing technical documentation, reviewing processes, and communicating with clients.

Throughout their career, Médérik has gained experience in network security, device installation in secured environments, and multiplatform support for Cisco and Juniper routers and switches.

Médérik B. attended Lycée Dhuoda from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in BTS IRIS (Informatique et Réseaux pour l'Industrie et les Services), specializing in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Following this, they enrolled at IUT d'Aix Marseille from 2010 to 2011, obtaining a Licence Professionnelle ASUR - Administration et sécurité des réseaux d'entreprise, focusing on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
