David Kovas

David Kovas has a long history of professional experience. In 1990, they began their career as a Lieutenant Colonel in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces, where they served as a staff officer in the field of human resources. David was a versatile and multidisciplinary staff officer and served in both field and headquarters units. In 2016, they began working as a Leadership Consultant for the IDF and a Human Resources Consultant for Policity. David also worked as a Teacher at a High School during this time. In 2019, they became self-employed as an Academic Advisor for the construction of the IDF Museum. In 2021, they began working as a Director for UNI Sophisticated Electronic Assembling. Most recently, in 2022 they became the General Manager for Securepush.

David Kovas has a diverse educational background. David obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2000. In 2007, they attended the Command and General Staff College. In 2008, they completed the Mandel IDF Educational Leadership Program at the Mandel Institute for Educational Leadership. In 2010, they earned a Master of Laws degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University. In 2014, they attended The Open University of Israel for a Directors Course. In 2016, they obtained a Bachelor of Education degree from Kaye Academic College of Education and a Master of Arts degree in History from Bar-Ilan University.
