Samir Patil

Samir Patil has over 28 years of work experience in the IT industry. Samir began their career in 1992 as an Executive - Technical Support at Integra MicroSystems. In 1995, they moved to Datapro InfoWorld as Country Manager - Technical Support. Samir then joined Kanbay Software Pvt Ltd in 1996 as a Delivery Manager. In 2006, they were Group Head/Delivery Manager at Tech M, where they were responsible for execution of Managed services contract worth 17M GBP. From 2008-2017, they held various roles at IBM Global Business Services, including Delivery & Demand Management Head, APMM, Service Delivery Leader - Testing TAC, Delivery Project Executive, Portfolio Manager - Bell Canada Account, and Service Management Head - Vodafone India Account. In 2016, they became the Head of IT at MachineKhoj - B2B Ecomm. From 2017-2018, they were a Program Manager at Tech Mahindra. Samir is currently a Senior Director at SecureThings since 2022.

Samir Patil obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1992. In 1994, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from St Joseph's Institute of Management, specializing in Marketing Management. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from IBM: Blockchain Essentials for Developers in September 2016 and IBM Design Thinking Practitioner in July 2016.
