Paul Beglinger is an experienced recruitment, HR, and operations leader currently serving as the Head of Recruitment, HR & Operations at Carv.com, a role they began in 2022. As a founding team member, they are dedicated to reshaping the talent acquisition space through AI and automation. Previously, Paul held various roles, including Recruitment Business Development Manager at Dutchwebshark and Head of Talent Acquisition at Harver, where they leveraged data-driven strategies to improve hiring processes. Paul has also founded their own consultancy, Paul Fynch, providing recruitment strategy guidance and solutions.
