Brian Houy

Brian Houy currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology & Security at Accupac and holds the position of President with the Philadelphia Alliance of InfraGard, which focuses on the protection of the U.S. through collaboration between the FBI and the private sector. Houy has extensive experience in information technology leadership, having previously worked as the Director of Information Technology at Constellation Payments and KVK Tech, as well as the Chief Information Officer at Conestoga Bank. Additionally, Houy has been active with SecureWorld Expo since 2012, serving as Vice President on the Board of Governors and as a member of the Executive Advisory Board. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Business Administration from Albright College and a graduate degree from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s Advanced Banking School, focusing on Operations, IT, Finance, Ethics, and Marketing.
