Jim Almerico

Jim Almerico, MBA, CISSP, currently serves as Vice President of Infrastructure Security at Fisher Investments since May 2023. Almerico has extensive experience in information technology and security, holding various leadership roles including Advisory Council Member at SecureWorld and Cybersecurity Program Advisory Council Member at California State University, Chico. Previously, Almerico was Head of IT and Security at PsiQuantum, where responsibilities included conducting security gap analyses and managing the security of employees and intellectual property. Additional roles include Senior Director of Corporate IT and Security at SurveyMonkey and Director of Corporate IT and Security at Qualys, where Almerico contributed to GDPR compliance and enterprise-wide deployments. Other positions included Director of IT and Operations at iTradeNetwork, Director of IT at Avolent, Inc., Director of Global Information Systems at Xpedior, Inc., and Director of Information Systems at Carroll Burdick & McDonough LLP. Almerico holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University.
