Justin Rainey

Justin Rainey currently serves as SVP, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) at UMB Bank, where responsibilities include establishing and overseeing a comprehensive information security and privacy program. In addition to this role, Justin is Chair of the CISO Advisory Committee at the Investment Company Institute and a member of various advisory boards including Summit Technology Academy and Canapi Ventures, as well as the Advisory Council for SecureWorld. With previous leadership roles at Franklin Templeton and Invesco Ltd., Justin has extensive experience in strategic planning, risk management, and governance in the field of information security. Justin authored the HCISPP Study Guide for Elsevier, contributing to education in healthcare information security. Justin holds a BS in Political Science from the University of Houston and has furthered education at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
