Jan de Troyer

Jan De Troyer has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Jan started their career at OLV Ziekenhuis Aalst-Asse-Ninove in 2010 as a Specialist CareNet. Jan then joined Securex in 2014 and held multiple positions, including Business Process Analyst, Operations Supervisor in Ziekenfonds, Operations Manager Ziekenfonds, Customer Process Manager, Director Payroll Solutions, and currently serves as the Director Payroll Services. Throughout their career, Jan has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in process optimization, change management, and team management.

Jan De Troyer completed the Strategy Execution Programme at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Ghent University from 2004 to 2010, where they studied Handelsingenieur. Jan also studied Latin and Mathematics at SMI Aalst, although the specific years are unknown. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from KPMG in March 2019 and as a Lean Practitioner from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in January 2019.
