Mieke Rapaille has over two decades of experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master at Securex since September 2002, Mieke has led multiple teams, including a squad focused on workplace accidents and medical control since 2018 and the Salesforce team since January 2020, applying the SAFE framework from August 2021. Mieke's technical expertise includes working on COBOL/CICS applications for both workplace accidents/medical control and the Child Benefit Fund. Prior to Securex, Mieke gained experience in IT and programming roles at KBC and Arcelor Mittal, with foundational education from HOGENT and Handelsschool 'Coupure' focusing on Economic Informatics.
