Raphael Calderon

Raphael Calderon has extensive experience in the payroll and HR software domain, currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Securex since September 1994. In this role, Raphael is responsible for various branches of the main Salary Engine, focusing on sustainable solutions with low maintenance costs. Additionally, as a Subject Matter Expert, Raphael oversees multiple domains of HR Salary Calculation software and acts as an Information Coordinator for the IT department, ensuring smooth maintenance, development, and user training for approximately 300 Client Advisors. Previous roles at Securex included Global Solutions Support and Regional Technical Support, where Raphael provided daily assistance and fine-tuning for Salary Calculation software. Raphael began a career in retail as a Shop Assistant at Peek & Cloppenburg, and holds a graduate degree in Accounting from EPFC.
