Sofiane Oumsalem has extensive experience in product management and quality assurance. Sofiane most recently served as the Director of Product Management at Securiport, where they were responsible for product planning, design, and delivery. Prior to that, they were a Test Manager at Securiport, where they successfully reorganized and built a highly performing QA team. Sofiane implemented new processes and procedures that resulted in high-quality products being delivered on time and on budget, reducing the number of bugs found in production by 40%. Sofiane also worked as a QA Manager at Credible Behavioral Health Software and Abt Associates, where they provided leadership and optimization of QA departments, ensuring effective and high-quality product offerings for the respective companies.
