Ryan Starr

Ryan Starr is a seasoned security and management professional with a diverse background in various roles related to security operations and human resources. Currently serving as Site Security Lead and Security Operations Manager at Securitas Group since October 2023, Ryan is responsible for strategizing and overseeing security measures within the organization. Additionally, as the Owner of Healing Flame Candle Co., a veteran-owned business launched in May 2023, Ryan focuses on providing high-quality scented candles for aromatherapy. Previous experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at Optima Medical and a Search Consultant at gpac, as well as roles in corporate security with Allied Universal and Security Industry Specialists. Ryan's earlier positions included an Extradition Agent with INMATE SERVICES CORPORATION and a Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and training were emphasized.
