Todd Fields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Global Manager of Training at Securitas Group, Todd previously held senior training management positions at STANLEY Healthcare, where responsibilities included developing and delivering training programs for internal staff and customers across various healthcare markets. Earlier experience as Program Manager at Johnson Controls and Project Manager at AssetWorks involved the effective delivery of facility management services and implementation of Integrated Workplace Management Systems. Todd’s career began as a Field Engineer at Four Rivers Software Systems and a Field Support Engineer at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, contributing to technology implementation and support in diverse environments. Todd holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Arkansas.
