Matthew Smith has extensive work experience in the legal field. Matthew served as the Chief Operating Officer at Securities Transfer Corporation, where their responsibilities included ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate General Counsel at Pacific Stock Transfer Company, where they managed daily operations and oversaw a staff of 20. Before that, they were an Associate at deKieffer & Horgan, advising clients on international trade regulation law.
