David Hunt

David L. Hunt is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in compliance and leadership roles in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Securitize Markets, LLC since June 2023, David has held key positions including Chief Compliance Officer at SeedInvest and Intercontinental Wealth Advisors. Prior to these roles, David was Chief Compliance Officer at ONEFUND, LLC, and President at iownit capital and markets, Inc. With a background that includes significant roles at Sanders Morris Harris, Allianz Global Investors, Wells Fargo, STI CLASSIC FUND SERVICES, INC., and Brazos Funds, Inc., David has managed compliance functions for broker-dealers and registered investment advisors, overseen training initiatives, and coordinated regulatory examinations. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Albion College.
