Marcus Josefsson

Marcus Josefsson has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as the Director of Derivatives Trading at Security Benefit since May 2024. Prior to this role, Marcus held various positions at OTT Risk from June 2021 to February 2024, focusing on Risk & Investments. From July 2013 to May 2021, Marcus was with Barclays, advancing from Structured Products Analyst to Co-Head of QIS Trading Americas. Earlier experience includes founding My Fresh Company LLC and a summer internship at Barclays Capital in 2012. Marcus began a career in finance as a Research Analyst at The Burney Company from March 2009 to September 2011. Marcus earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics-Mathematics with a focus on Financial Markets from Colby College, where attendance spanned from 2009 to 2013, following graduation from Portsmouth High School in 2009.
