Ayush Chauhan

Ayush Chauhan has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Ayush started their career as a Senior Software Developer at Tech Mahindra, where they worked on website design and UI development for a multinational Telecommunication company. Ayush gained expertise in HTML, jQuery, CSS, JAVA, and Struts during this role.

After that, Ayush joined Samsung Electronics as an Engineer, where they designed and implemented an application for creating custom dashboards to monitor data from Samsung Smart TVs. Ayush worked with various data sources like MongoDB, Athena, S3, and Elasticsearch, and utilized technologies like JAVA, Spring Boot, REST, Microservices, and Node.js.

Following Samsung Electronics, Ayush worked as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. Ayush played a crucial role in developing a platform that allowed customers to check their transaction history for up to 7 years. Ayush worked with JAVA, Spring Boot, REST, Microservices, Spring State Machine, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Logstash, Jenkins, and PCF for this project.

Afterwards, Ayush joined Priceline as a Senior Software Developer, where they contributed to replacing their old booking engine with a cloud-native microservices-based solution. Ayush utilized JAVA, Spring Boot, REST, Microservices, and Jenkins to design a multi-layered multi-tier application to replace the existing monolith.

Next, Ayush worked at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer 2, where they worked on developing a next-generation inventory fulfillment platform for Amazon sellers. Ayush used JAVA, Spring Boot, GraphQL, and AWS to contribute to the development of a visually intuitive and technically robust platform.

Later, Ayush worked at Wayfair as a Technical Lead, where they were involved in re-platforming a monolithic application into a Microservice architecture with GraphQL endpoints. Ayush worked with JAVA, Spring Boot, GraphQL, Apollo Gateway, GCP, and contributed as a Senior Designer and Individual Contributor.

Currently, Ayush is working at Security Compass as a Principal Developer, contributing their expertise and skills to their projects.

Ayush Chauhan holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they completed between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Roorkee Institute of Technology, attending from 2006 to 2010. Ayush's education journey began at Brightlands School, where they completed their Matriculation degree in Mathematics and Computer Science between 1996 and 2006. Ayush also received their High School education from Brightlands School from 1996 to 2004, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science during their studies.
