Colleen Olson, CHRL

Colleen Olson, CHRL, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2010, they worked as a student at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology for eight months. Colleen then transitioned to Leasebusters Commercial Real Estate Inc. as an Account Manager from December 2010 to April 2011. In 2012, they took on the role of Administrative HR Assistant at ERCO Worldwide for a brief period before becoming an Office Manager at Tybrad Electric Ltd. from May 2012 to June 2013. Colleen then joined Ogilvy & Mather as a Human Resources Coordinator and later became a Human Resources Specialist from May 2016 to April 2019. In 2016, they joined Vision7 Communications Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist before being promoted to Senior HR Specialist for a short period in 2019. Colleen then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager at Community Agency from June 2019 to January 2021. Currently, Colleen is employed at Security Compass, where they started as a Manager, People Experience from January 2021 to December 2022. As of January 2023, they are serving as the Director, People Experience.
