Josh Ramdhan

Josh Ramdhan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josh is currently working as a Technical Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment at Security Compass since August 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Upaknee, including Technical Consultant, Cloud Infrastructure Manager & Technical Product Manager, and Systems Implementation & Client Success Manager. In these positions, they onboarded and trained new clients, helped drive client adoption of product suite and industry best practices, and served as a Business Analyst. Josh also has experience working at McDonald's as a Team Leader and Crew Trainer and at Petro-Canada Lubricants as a Customer Order Management Intern. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Wilfrid Laurier University's Prism Resources, where they were President and Vice President of Member Services.

Josh Ramdhan attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 2014 to 2018. Josh obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree during this time. In 2021, they also obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
