Tina An

Tina An's work experience includes being the Director of Technology at Security Compass since February 2019. In this role, they are responsible for daily operation and maintenance of databases, including tasks such as backup and recovery, performance tuning, log analysis, data migration, and solving complex problems. Tina is also in charge of regular database inspections, monitoring, capacity planning, and security reinforcement.

Prior to joining Security Compass, Tina An worked as a Program Manager at Shenzhen Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. from February 2015 to September 2018. Huawei is a globally recognized company that specializes in ICT infrastructure and smart terminals. During their time at Huawei, Tina contributed to the company's mission of connecting people, homes, and organizations in a digital world. Huawei employs over 188,000 individuals and operates in more than 170 countries, serving billions of people.

Tina An earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Chengdu University of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Toronto from 2008 to 2011.
