Founded in 1943, Security Financial Services is an established real estate lender and business note purchaser headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our unique lending philosophy has weathered many challenges and has allowed us to originate hundreds of millions in loans.

Our specialty is to fund real estate loans in Northern California of up to $4,000,000. Our team has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the residential and commercial real estate markets. We have established relationships with many experienced real estate brokers but also frequently work with first-timers as well.

Security Financial Services is also a leader in the purchasing of seller-carryback business notes. We have over ten years of experience in the business note industry working directly with note brokers. We operate one of the largest portfolio of business notes in the country.
