Mark Szymanski started their work experience in 2014 as a Restaurant Line Cook at Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club. Mark worked there until 2018. In 2018, they moved on to McCormick & Schmick's, where they served as a Kitchen Supervisor until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Mark worked as a Sous Chef at 21c Museum Hotels. Currently, they are employed at Security Journey as a Software Engineer starting from August 2021.
Mark Szymanski obtained a certificate in Engineering Immersion from Thinkful in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued an A.A.S Degree in Culinary Arts at Wake Technical Community College. In addition to their formal education, Mark has also obtained a Security White Belt certification from Security Journey in April 2023.
