Wing Chen

Wing Chen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across well-known global companies. They began their career as a Management Trainee at Adidas Group and progressed to an HR Officer at adidas, later serving as an HR Manager at Starbucks and a Senior HR Manager at Universal Beijing Resort. Wing held the position of Talent Intelligence and Employer Branding Supervisor at Mars, followed by a Business HR Assistant Manager role at Mondelēz International. Currently, Wing serves as the Assistant HR Director, HRBP at 北京环球度假区. Wing earned a Master's degree in Human Resource from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
