HM Yousaf

H.M. Yousaf is a Senior Chartered Accountant and former President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). They are a Fellow Member of multiple esteemed accounting bodies, including the AICPA and ICAO, and have over three decades of experience in diverse areas such as governance, compliance, and financial advisory. Currently, Yousaf serves on the boards of leading corporate entities, including Samba Bank Limited and Kot Addu Power Company Limited, while also being a member of the Public Interest Monitoring Consultative Committee of AAOIFI. They have previously held significant positions at the State Bank of Pakistan, SECP, and Deloitte, shaping key regulatory frameworks and business operations in the country.
