Mary Marin

Mary Marin has extensive work experience in the property management industry. Mary worked as the Vice President, Property Management at Security Properties Residential since March 2012. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Director at Gray Development Group from January 2001 to January 2011. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a portfolio of lease-ups, rehabs, and stabilized communities. Mary also prepared property operating and capital budgets, monthly operating reporting, and annual property business plans.

Mary Marin has a strong educational background in real estate and property management. Mary pursued a CPM Candidate degree in Real Estate from IREM from 2004 to 2030. Prior to that, they obtained a Real Estate License from the AZ School Of Real Estate in 2002 and a CAM degree in Property Management from NAA in 2000. In 1999, they also obtained an ARM degree in Property Management from IREM. Additionally, they hold a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All from LinkedIn, obtained in 2020.
