Peter Martinez

Peter Martinez is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Novo since July 2021, Peter successfully scaled the engineering department to over 100 members while overseeing multiple technical domains, including Software Engineering and Cyber Security. Peter has held prior leadership roles as CTO at InvestReady and SnapLeads, as well as Director of Learning Platforms at the University of Miami, contributing significantly to various initiatives and technologies. Peter co-founded Pikchur, a social media platform that grew to a large user base, and has served as a Board Member at Refresh Miami, fostering a collaborative tech community. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Institutional Research at the University of Miami.
