Amber Pearson

Amber Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amber began their career in 2017 as an Assistant in Business Development at Project646 Digital Marketing Agency, where they played a key role in boosting brand awareness, generating leads, and researching industry trends. In 2020, they co-hosted the Hair to Tech podcast, showcasing their expertise in the field of hair and technology. That same year, they also started their own business, Hair By A Pear, where they served as the Owner and Operator, focusing on marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives. Most recently, Amber worked at SecurityMetrics, starting in 2020 as an Information Technology Scrum Master before transitioning to a PenTest Project Manager role in 2023. As an IT Scrum Master, they introduced and coached the IT team in implementing the scrum framework, leading to a significant increase in completed tickets.
