Chris Ryan is a seasoned professional in customer success and solutions architecture, with a diverse background across several organizations. At SecurityScorecard, Chris held roles as Solutions Architect and Director of Global Scale Customer Success, and as Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Dataminr as Client Engagement Manager and Customer Success Manager, and at SAIC as SharePoint Content Analyst. Chris also served in leadership roles at Praescient Analytics as Client Project Lead and Customer Success Lead. Earlier in the career, Chris contributed to the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) as a Senior Intelligence Analyst and Intelligence Analyst. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Operations from the American Public University System, earned between 2008 and 2012.
