Jeff Lunglhofer

Jeff Lunglhofer currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Coinbase, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jeff served on the Board of Directors for the Analysis and Resilience Center for Systemic Risk from October 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate governance and financial management as Treasurer. Additionally, Jeff was a founding member of Sheltered Harbor, contributing to the organization’s objectives and governance from June 2015 to August 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Information Security Officer at BNY Mellon, as well as a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton, where leadership in financial services cyber security was established. Early career roles included UNIX Administrator at Columbia Research Corporation and IT Coordinator at EDUCOM. Jeff holds a degree from the University of Virginia, earned between 1992 and 1996.
