Alexis Schmid

Alexis Schmid is an experienced educator and technology integration specialist with a strong background in business education and instructional technology. Former roles include Business Education Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools and Cabarrus County Schools, where courses taught included Personal Finance and Microsoft IT Academy. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Alexis instructed future educators in the integration of computer applications in K-12 settings. Most recently, as a K-12 Technology Integration Specialist at Barnstable Public Schools, significant contributions included leading initiatives for technology integration in classrooms. Currently, Alexis serves as a Technical Project Manager at Securly, focusing on compliance and certification initiatives in the K-12 technology space.
