Michaelann Carlin

Michaelann Carlin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Michaelann is currently working as the Director of Revenue Operations at Securly since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Verizon Connect from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles including Sr. Manager Global Sales Velocity & NA Order Management Group, Manager Sales Enablement - SMB & Micro Segments, and Manager Sales Support and Netsuite Teams. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Fleetmatics in roles such as Manager Customer Care, Sr. Regional Sales Administrator, Office Manager, Customer Account Coordinator, Sales, Existing Sales Procurement, and Customer Service Representative. Michaelann also had an internship as an Operations Intern at Fleetmatics in 2008. Throughout their career, Michaelann has demonstrated skills in team management, relationship building, troubleshooting, and customer support.

Michaelann Carlin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bentley University in 2009. In 2007, they participated in a study abroad program at the Lorenzo de Medici Institute in Florence, Italy. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Professional Studies degree in Environmental Studies & Sustainability at Unity Environmental University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
