Namish Raina

Namish Raina has a diverse work experience in the field of IT security and cloud services. Namish started their career in 1998 as a Network Engineer at Microland, where they focused on IT consulting, security operations, and infrastructure implementation. Namish then worked at Infosys Technologies Ltd as an IT Security Analyst, conducting security audits and validating the security posture of the company.

In 2004, they joined Wipro Technologies as a Security Consultant, where they designed and implemented security solutions for managed security services. Namish also established security policy frameworks for clients. Namish later became a Senior Security Solution Consultant/Architect at Wipro Technologies, leading design and architecture for managed security services projects.

In 2008, Namish worked briefly as a Security Risk & Compliance Researcher at Agiliance Inc. before joining Securonix as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, they provided technical support to customers, managed security projects, and trained customers on product usage.

At Securonix, Namish also served as a Product Manager, owning the product roadmap and facilitating scrum team events. Namish worked closely with delivery teams and developed partnerships with vendors to integrate Securonix products.

In 2015, Namish became the Director of Cloud Service Engineering at Securonix, where they developed and managed a team of cloud security engineers. Namish ensured compliance, improved team efficiency, and oversaw client support services.

Overall, Namish Raina has a strong background in IT security, with extensive experience in managing security projects, providing technical support, and driving product management and development.

Namish Raina holds an MBA degree in Business from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (Technology) in Electronics from Watumull Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1998. Namish also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai, completed from 1992 to 1995. In terms of certifications, Namish Raina obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in September 2022. Namish also holds certifications such as Leadership & Executive Accelerated Development: Core from Alonos and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)². Additionally, they have obtained certifications in BS7799 Lead Auditor and CISSP from BSI and ISC2, respectively.
