Sanjay Kumar

Sanjay Kumar currently serves as Sr Commission and Incentives at Securonix since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sanjay spent nearly a decade at NetApp, where positions included Program Manager of Cloud Sales Operations and Senior Business Operations Analyst. In these roles, Sanjay provided strategic guidance to enhance revenue growth and optimize go-to-market team performance, collaborated with the compensation team, and supported various sales operations and analytics processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Magna Infotech and Dell, focusing on sales systems and support. Sanjay holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Analytics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and an MBA in Marketing from Visvesvaraya Technological University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University.
