Mark Balsom is a seasoned professional in sales engineering with extensive experience in digital security solutions. Currently serving as Senior Sales Engineer at Securosys since June 2025, Mark previously held the position of Director of Sales Engineering for EMEA at Entrust, following the transition from nCipher Security after its acquisition by Entrust. Prior roles include Director of Sales Engineering at Thales eSecurity and Sales Engineering Manager at nCipher, where Mark played a pivotal role in team expansion and market development across the EMEA region. Mark began their career as a Support Engineer and Sales Engineer at Rainbow Technologies, specializing in software protection. A graduate of Northumbria University with a BSc (hons) in Computer Science, Mark's career reflects a strong commitment to advancing technical and commercial capabilities within the sales engineering domain.
