Liam Barry

Liam Barry has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Intern at The Leahy Center. Liam then joined Amazon as a Scanner in 2019 before transitioning to a role as a Research Assistant at The Leahy Center, where they conducted investigations on security issues related to IoT devices. In 2020, Liam became a Research Assistant again at The Leahy Center, focusing on monitoring and documenting network security breaches. In 2021, they worked as a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern at Corning Incorporated, where they helped implement a quarterly access review system for SharePoint site permissions. Currently, Liam holds the position of Jr. Security Analyst at Sedara.

Liam Barry attended Champlain College from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking & Cybersecurity. Liam obtained additional certifications as a LogRhythm Security Analyst from LogRhythm in July 2023, and as a Cybereason Certified Threat Analyst and a Cybereason Certified Threat Hunter from Cybereason in March 2023.
