Stephen Noel

Stephen Noel is a dedicated aerospace professional with extensive experience in space systems, particularly in satellite design and sounding rocket testing. They served as Project Manager for Virginia Tech RockSat-X, leading a student team in building payloads for NASA missions. As a Systems Engineer at Virginia Tech, they contributed to the LAICE satellite project, enhancing project management and engineering skills. In their current role as Principal Systems Engineer at SAIC, Stephen focuses on mission success while mentoring students in the aerospace field. They hold a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.
