Adel Bakeer

Adel Bakeer is an experienced Document Control Manager currently at SEDER GROUP since January 2025. Prior to this role, Adel held multiple positions at Orascom Construction PLC from June 2016 to November 2025, including Document Control Manager and team leader, where contributions were made to significant projects such as the Greater Cairo Metro Line 3 and various industrial undertakings in Egypt. Experience also includes serving as a Document Controller for Orascom Saudi from February 2013 to May 2016, managing a large construction project for the Saudi Ben Laden Group, and earlier roles at Orascom Construction Ltd and Orascom Construction (OC), focusing on documentation and human resources. Adel obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration degree from Helwan University Cairo between 2004 and 2009, specializing in Accounting and Business Management.
