Sedera is a dynamic project development company focused on large-scale renewable energy investments in Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
With a strong commitment to sustainability, energy transition, and long-term impact, Sedera develops utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects that deliver value to investors, local communities, and the broader energy market.

Founded by Marcela Lefter—an experienced energy professional with over 25 years in the sector, including power distribution and renewable energy—Sedera combines deep local expertise with international best practices to bring projects from greenfield to ready-to-build (RTB) and beyond.

Sedera’s development strategy is built on:
•	Strong local partnerships (e.g., landowners, grid operators, local authorities)
•	A deep understanding of regional energy dynamics
•	A commitment to community engagement and sustainable impact

With an active pipeline of over 600 MW of renewable projects under development—most of them wind-based—Sedera operates at the heart of two rapidly evolving energy markets:
Romania, an EU member state with ambitious renewable energy targets and access to EU funding mechanisms
•	Moldova, a market with growing energy independence goals, regional interconnection opportunities, and strong potential for clean energy development.

Sedera is continuously expanding its pipeline and actively seeking co-development and investment partnerships with international players looking to enter or grow in Southeast Europe. By combining technical expertise, local presence, and a vision for long-term transformation, Sedera is a reliable gateway to successful renewable energy development in the region.
